I've been doing well the last couple days on portion control, but I really need to get my water in. I've been doing poorly on that.

I take a Dasani water bottle and sip on it until it's gone, then refill and try to get it all down by the end of the day.

I have a 64oz water bottle I fill, and I'm usually pretty good at drinking it. I just wasn't the last couple days. I got it in yesterday though! :) have yet to drink any today though :(
