Here I am at day 3 and feeling well. I'm also doing well. It's 6 p.m. and I haven't recorded a thing in my food diary. But that's ok. Today for dinner I made Capri Chicken from the SBD cookbook. I forgot how good it is! I probably made it in 2004. I've been asking why did I stray so much from the program and put on weight. You know really when you eat healthy fats you really don't need to eat so much quantity.
