Hooray! I made it through Day 1 with no issues. I'm pretty confident I understand the SBD way of living on Phase 1. While it's a lot of prep, it's ok. Makes me appreciate the taste of the food more as a little more effort went into it. In the book ist says not to track what you eat, but I a.m. Surprisingly I'm very full and eating about 300 less calories. I do need to be honest...I saw an orange in the fruit bin today, and oh boy does that look good. Hopefully I can hold out 13 more days or someone else eats that orange and fast!
