I did it. I did something just for me. Other than college, I have never spent this much on something that I wanted (not needed). I bought the Body Bugg! I am so excited for it to get here! It is supposed to be 2 day shipping and I am so excited to get an accurate count of what I am doing! I think it will help tremendously with the mito disorder and not knowing how my body actually burns calories! Can't wait.

If you get the basic setup, which is just the body bugg and a 6 month subscription to the site (gotta have a subscription for it to work), then it is $159 on Apex website. You can only buy it from Apex or 24 hr fitness. Oh, and that is on sale. Normally $199. Apex is cheaper than 24 hour fitness by 10$. I got the Bodybugg and the digital reader, which looks like a watch and tells you a readout of what calories you are burning. That was $238 and it also came with a 6 month subscription. I've never spent that much on something for myself that wasn't something that I absolutely needed... They have a new version out for Iphones and other smart phones which is $208, and you can use that one with a phone, but you can't use it with the digital reader. I don't have a smart phone, I have a stupid phone, so I got the basic package... hahaha If you don't want to pay that much you can find them on ebay for a little less for new, a lot less for used and older versions, but then you have to buy the subscription from the website separately, which is 50 for 6 months and 80 for a year. Wasn't worth it to me, especially if it didn't work for some reason... I can't wait!! I have a blog outside of here. It's www.uncommonlydisconnected.blogspot.com I will start blogging about it when I get it in in a couple of days. Feel free to leave comments on my blog to if you want. I've had it for a long while now.
