3500 calories = 1lb of fat

That is why I am losing at such a slow rate. Because I am not doing enough to equal 1lb of fat a day. I go through 1 lb a fat about every 3 days the way I am going.

I know that's not bad, but I like to see results, and if I don't see the results then I get discouraged. So I think it is time to ramp it up a notch so that I can see results.

Not sure how that's going to happen since time is an issue, which will be even worse when school starts back up... So now is a great time to make a higher calorie burning goal that I can make a habit before school starts. While, yes, I did start, and starting is half the battle, the starting is over and it's time to increase the pace. ........................

Any advice for how to burn more without spending hours in a gym or on a treadmill or exercising, because I don't really have hours to spend...

Can you jump rope? That's a great one. Jump rope or Hula hoop for 15 minutes 3 times a day, as vigorously as possible. It's amazing how much it will do!
