Well, here we are back from holiday. I'm not surprised at having gone up slightly, as expected there was lots of rich foods and less walking than I had anticipated.
But never mind! Onward towards the goal! I made up lunches for myself this week using bean dip instead of hummus and the weather's mild so hopefully getting out at lunch for walks.
