Starting Monday. Have a lot to lose and tired of not making any head way. Going with the fat fast for at least 10 days.

Please do not do the fat fast. Dr. Atkins only used the fat fast when his VERY obese patient could not lose weight after months and months of doing the Atkins diet exactly correctly under a doctor's supervision. Then he prescribed the fat fast under his supervision only. If you have lost even one ounce or one centimeter from your measurements then you are not a candidate for the fat fast. If you happen to be one of the few who qualify for the fat fast then you must be under a doctor's supervision. Any weight you lose during the fat fast will be put back on as soon as you go back to eating correctly. Before even thinking of the fat fast you must write your exact menu down and check all your numbers. ARe you eating 20 NET carbs per day, not less, with 12-15 of them coming from veggies? (the veggies are non-negotiable). Are you eating at least 1500-1800 calories per day? ARe 60-70% of your calories coming from fat?
