Once again I'm on day 1. After Christmas I did weight watchers and lost 12 pounds. that freedom to eat anything in moderation isn't working for me. Today I'm back on atkins. I have the food and the elliptical so there's no excuses!!! This summer is going to be active and awesome. I will weigh in the 220s!
