Ungh, last night Planters Tailgate Chipotle Nut Mix were on sale at Walmart, so I bought them... Then devoured them. Not liking myself this morning.
104.8 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
