Slave to eating. Have you ever felt like you were a slave to eating? Sometimes, no matter how much I want to diet, I just HAVE to eat something that will ruin my diet.

I've eaten biscuits this week and cookies. The girls made them. Of course, I didn't loose weight. I didn't gain it either.

I think the bonus of going around the mountain a second time is because I can say 'no' to myself most times. I've learned the difference between being hungry and thirsty. In fact, it shocks me how much liquid my body wants.

I knew that one of the problems with overweight 'me' was that I ate when my body asked for someting to drink. I couldn't tell the difference between hunger messages and thirst. '

Now - if I could just learn to say 'no'! to biscuits and cookies.
