Put in another 4 mile walk today. The weather is supposed to turn nasty so I squeezed it in right after I put my daughter on the bus. Depending on the weather, I may squeeze in another 4 miles before it get dark.
323.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 123.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
