Biggest Loser weigh-in at work yesterday! I was a WHOPPING 217 -- A WHOPPING 217! But last year, I weighed in at about 234, so I'm still OK with this weight gain. Some reasons for my setbacks:

1. Banana. Nut. Bread. <--- I've baked a dozen loaves since Christmas break, and counting... Yesterday, I gave Lucy a loaf to trade for her salsa, and she turned around and gave it to our co-workers at the office. They l-o-v-e-d it. I walked in to check my box, and the secretaries were telling me, "Thank you! Thank you!" and I asked what I did after I said, "Oh... you're... welcome." They gushed about the bnb, and I thought, I should really sell these loaves. It would help me pay my mortgage, which I'm late paying AGAIN. LOL (Please, God, don't make them foreclose me.)

2. Tutorials. <---- So, my great idea for trying to pay for my mortgage was to do as many tutorials as I could this past semester. Good for the pocket. Bad for the bulge. It meant I had to skip quite a lot of Angel's bootcamp sessions. She aptly calls me "SLACKER." Thanks, MPT.

3. I'm a DIRTY, DIRTY eater. <--- Eating clean means avoiding fried food and sweets, drinking lots of water, etc. Over the holidays, someone gave me a $50 gift card to Starbucks, and, like a recovering alcoholic, I made my way to the nearest SB and ordered me a mother load of LIGHT ICE VENTI SOY CHAI! Being bad never tasted so sweet. Yup, I fell off the wagon, and I liked it so much.

4. I just didn't give a flying duck. <--- If it tasted good, I put it in my mouth! Pizza? No problem! Rice? OK! Beignets? Heck, yeah! I've been eating so much carbs, it's not even funny. (Oh, but I make yummy beignets!)

OK, so, having laid it all out for the world to evaluate my fall from grace... WHAT AM I GOING TO DO NOW?

1. Cleanse myself. Advocare's herbal cleanse for 10 days. Hate it, but it will help me get rid of the junk I've been storing in my trunk.

2. Attend Angel's torture, I mean, Bootcamp, at least 3 times a week. Work out in the gym at least 2 times a week. No more tutorials. I'd rather be thin.

3. Eat clean. (Easier said than done, but so much healthier for me. I've been getting dizzy from all the grease and carbs.)

4. Stop drinking the chai stuff. DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

In two weeks, I'm going to tell you how well I've done. Just wait, world. You just wait.
