I think mbhpro might have a point. Perhaps I'm trying to sabatoge myself. I have to think about that. Maybe this ravenous appetite is my subconcious self saying, "eat, eat...you don't need to lose weight! Look how much you've already lost! You don't need to lose more!" Maybe.

2 eggs with 2tbsp cheddar cheese = 3C
1 cup of tea with h/c = 1C

McDonald's salad = 13C

1 cheesestick = 1C

1 cup of beanless chili = 8C
1 large wedge of brie cheese = 4C

TOTAL = 30 (oops!! went a little over today!!!)

Don't set mindfields or traps for yourself Paige. You know where ideal body weight is. Water can curb that hunger. Eat small meals during the day. Don't eat until you're overly full too, that is setting your body up to constantly "need" to feel overly full. I always feel a bit hungry it seems and it helps me to feel better and not so bloated...
