The 9 lbs. if likely water weight but I'll take it. My immediate goal is not to have to buy larger jeans. My waistband is very tight. Cripes.

Went to bed early last night to get ready for my challenge. Laid there at least 30 minutes. Tough. 4-5 hours/night of sleep has to end now.
321.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 144.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
