My friend and I are on the WoW Diet. WoW is World of Warcraft for short, it is a very addicting game and its very hard to pry yourself from this game to make yourself something to eat so you end up losing weight as a result. Its not really a diet I was just kidding but my friend John has lost 10 pounds from it. I had lost 4 pounds, but realized I needed to take better care of myself so I put it on again... LOL go figure.

But I am planning on losing weight now after I had this terrible sickness over the weekend. I had a really bad stomach flu and lost 10 pounds because of it. I'm hoping I'm over it, I'm still not quite myself yet. I felt like an alien was living in my stomach and was going to pop out at any moment for awhile there.

WB! I too am a WoW addict so I understand that :) Just do it in small amounts, don't let it controll ALL of your free time (been there, done that.
