Unfortunately I slept through breakfast- I haven't slept that late for a really long time. So I am starting my day with lunch. I added a recipe, hopefully it will get approved. Its easy and yummy and you can eat more than 1 serving and not feel too guilty about it.
I have found my biggest loser photo and will be uploading it shortly, ugh how embarrassing. It serves as a good reminder on why I want to lose weight. I feel and look fat. Its time to change!
