This weekend was BAD for food! I haven't felt that out of control in a really long time and I hope to never feel like that again anytime soon (or ever really). I knew I shouldn't have been eating what I was, but it was like I couldn't stop myself. It was like an awful, awful dream! I did a lot of soul searching last night and was able to pinpoint a few reasons WHY I think I did that and I am working on fixing them today!
