Do you think you should work out on the weekend too? Is 7 Days a week ok? or should it be 5 or 6?

Today was my 6 Day of Early morning workout! Loving it! I didn't workout on the weekend but felt maybe I should. What is your opinion?

You should listen to your body. If you enjoy it and you feel good, go for it. If you start feeling really fatigued, then it might be time to rest. If you are doing weight training, most studies suggest not training the same muscles day after day, but every other day (ex: Upper body one day, lower the next).
