Ah yes, I've been loosing the same 3-4 lbs over and over again for basically a whole month. I hit 198 on Dec 4 and didn't get below it until yesterday. I'm thinking the holidays (and mostly just the time off I think) affected me more than I thought. I'm back in my old routine now and I'm loosing some new weight now which is nice.

Well congrats! So you had a holiday "vacation" of sorts. At least you really didn't have a massive gain and you've got the ball rolling again. And with each day the vernal equinox gets closer.....

Or loosing some old weight depending on how you look at it.

I'm more into solstices that equinoxes but that's probably about the earliest that it will be reasonable to bike outside here so I look forward to it too.

Looks like you are doing good SV, I know exactly what you mean about losing the same couple of pounds over and over again, I'm tired of the cycle myself. The lowest I saw was 200.0 on Christmas Eve, i'm just trying to track and get into some sort of routine. Keep up the good work, you will be seeing the 180s in no time! w00t!

Routine is definitely the key.

I am only into one solstice....and that's the winter one for sure. The equinox is not that big of a deal in and of itself...but it's a marker towards longer warmer days...so I just used it as a gauge. Got a little "fred" is all. LOL!

The summer solstice is the best! You know how long of a bike ride you can get in that day and not have to ride in the dark? Depends on where you live I guess but in most cases it's really long!

yeeesss....but it marks the start of the DOWNWARD trend. Which is always so very very sad.
