Down another 0.4 that is a major Whoo Hoo in my books - settling in for another day of water, water, and more water. So far being able to schedule my day ahead of time has been helping alot. I decide what I am going to eat, how much I need to drink and exercise ahead and that makes me do it. Kinda like a checklist that I have to complete prior to going to bed. So now at a total of 8.4lbs down; another 1.6 and I will have lost a dress size and hopefully feel more comfortable in my vacationing clothes!
