Gaining a lot of confidence with how I'm eating. Took a week off from diet and ate ate maintenance gaing 5 pounds, likely water and glycogen, and have rolled off the calories some to see how much control I have over this. Weight is dropping back to where it was slowly. Debating now between cutting another 5 pounds or going into a muscle mass building phase. I think I need to cut. I need to remember my goal of seeing my abs for the first time in, oh, lets say 35 years. I'm close. The abdominal fat that's left is now beginning to indent at the point of the muscle fiber separation. I'm ready to go from cut to gain though... I am so ready. Psychologically, though, I think I'd feel as if I'm at the head of the pack, I can see the finish line, and all I want to do is stop at the bistro for a cafe mocha.
