I am finally getting somewhere! I've been working out with Shaun T's Insanity for 2 weeks and I've dropped 17lbs. I didn't record the 219 weight because I was ashamed I let my eating get out of control. I've been eating healthy consistently. I see great results so far. Insanity is tough!! I've done a lot of different workouts and this one is perfect. My goal is 8 lbs in the next 2 weeks. I can't wait to be back in one-derland :) *cheers*

That's great! I'm just about to start the Insanity workouts! Have you found them very challenging? Do you work out at home or in a gym?

I'm more determined to do shaun T's insanity work out I currently weigh 205.4 lbs would like to shed my excess weight to be more fit and healthy!
