I am finally getting somewhere! I've been working out with Shaun T's Insanity for 2 weeks and I've dropped 17lbs. I didn't record the 219 weight because I was ashamed I let my eating get out of control. I've been eating healthy consistently. I see great results so far. Insanity is tough!! I've done a lot of different workouts and this one is perfect. My goal is 8 lbs in the next 2 weeks. I can't wait to be back in one-derland :) *cheers*
