Yahoo! Finally broke a plateau! Cutting out any processed snacks definitely helped and limiting wine to no more than 2 glasses per week....yahoo!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
