Didn't do that great on the diet or exercise yesterday. Did some zumba and 2 songs of JD2, but ate too much at dinner last night. But I still managed to lose a pound from yesterday, so I don't know what is going on there, but oh well, I'll take it. Watched "I used to be Fat" on MTV last night and now I feel a bit more motivated. I woke up early today and did the walking dvd. Made up for the mile I missed yesterday and did today's mile as well. I feel so much better now.
