I living in Cincinnati Ohio right now, but I'm originally from Pittsburgh PA! I was always bigger growing up, but moving here with my husband's family, who are all great cooks and unhealthy eaters, my weight got way out of control. Then about 3 years ago, I decided enough was enough and I got my self healthier, droping about 60 lbs, but still had a little ways to go. Then I found out I was pregnant and gained 85lbs from that whole "eating for 2" idea. After I had my daughter i lost about 25 instantly, but then i went back to my old habbits. This New Years I decided I needed to get healthy for myself and my family. I made the resolution to drop the weight so I can chase around my little girl and keep up. I struggled after about a month, but then i realized I had no clothing that fit me anymore, and whipped my butt back into shape. Most of you moms know, working full time, with a 2 year old, a husband, and a house it can be difficult to stay focused, so I definately struggle each and every day. But since January 1, 2011 I have lost about 35 lbs, about 1/3 of the weight, so i know it's working!!!
