I been eating low carb for 6 days and on my 7 day I eat what ever I want and it been working.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have also been doing the same. 3 weeks on the slow carb diet and have lost 4 kgs. Tomorrow is my cheat day !

Good Morning. I am always amazed that it is possible to have a "cheat day" when dieting. I tried and found that my FAT cells immediately blew back up and craved all the things I had stopped feeding them. More power to you and Im sure you will reach your wt. goal. Funny how our bodies all seem to work somewhat differently.
