Bf brought me raspberry cream pie as a treat tonight... gladly ate the whole piece. Plus my supper. Decided to eliminate rest of snacks tonight. Then I hit an all time low... after my pie, after my supper, after helping a customer, went to the washroom and did the 100 Calorie Workout Challenge cause I felt SO bad about that one piece of pie, even though I've been hitting all my deficits and was well into calorie deficit today. I think this is the definition of a problem. CANNOT do this again. Ugh! I need to be friends with food, it fuels my body, fuels my workouts, fuels my muscle and helps them grow. Food IS NOT an enemy. Yeesh.

So true! Splurging on something you love once in a while isn't going to sabotage you, especially when you're making adjustments to make up for it. ENJOY your treat! Life is no fun if you take away all the simple pleasures :-)
