ok, today i actually got my self moving.. i worked out to Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.. and i barely got through Level 1. I could barely do jumping jacks! ahhh! i definitely need to keep trying.. i go to start somewhere right? i cant let the 1st week of the New year fly past me.. we'll see what tomorrow brings..
