I feel like death warmed up this morning. Did a 30 min boot camp at lunch time yesterday and an hour boxing class in the evening. That was the most exercise I've done in one day since 2010!
I was so nervous going there as I had never done it before and I'm so out of shape, I was afraid I couldn't keep up. I didn't do too badly for a beginner but man, am I feeling it today. I feel like I've aged 200 years; I can barely move! Why is it that getting healthy feels like it's doing the opposite to your body? :-)
