If it's your first two weeks on induction and you haven't weighed yourself since the first day, you should expect way more than a two pound loss. If you've done a clean induction and have excersized you should expect roughly between a 6 and 10 pound loss in the first two weeks. Then usually a 1 to 2 pound loss per week thereafter. This is what I've experienced more than once when going off program and then back on induction. However, it has been said that men lose faster than women. Either way, don't give up. It'll come off. Good luck.

Hey Dominick, its actually going to be my week 2 weigh in...I lost 4lbs the first week...I dont feel like i have lost anything but we shall see. I would be thrilled with 3lbs. Im guess becuz i only have 9lbs to lose it may not be that fast? I never had a clue of how much of a carboholic i was until i stopped eating the sugary stuff I eat. No wonder I gained weight. I have to say, after two weeks of living this way i feel soooo good, i never feel hungry or tired, its awesome
