Need advice about travel snacks
Hard boiled eggs, boar's head sliced turkey (no carby fillers), string cheese, sliced haas avocado, an atkins advantage bar or shake (no more than any 2 per day), a bag or pork rinds. Once you get out of induction and into phase two you can start slowly adding in certain berries and nuts too, but not all.

Soy flour
Hodgson Mills, or Bob's Red Mill Almond meal (flour) is lower in carbs than Soy flour, and it tastes better in my opinion.
