Gained 3 pounds over the holidays which I'm not proud of, but did anticipate I might. But I did lose close to 18 pounds in the month of December which I am proud of. Now time to get back in the swing of it and try to lose another 10 this month. I'll be recording my exercises and food intake this entire month and that should help me accomplish my goals.
