Stalled out after a pretty good jaunt of weight loss. I was going to wait another 12 lbs before I changed things up again, but I may need to re-evaluate. The stall looks like it corresponds to the making (and eating) of my split pea soup - maybe too much salt? I'll give it until the weekend before I change things....the question is, bump up the calories from 1500 to 1800 or drop some of the scheduled exercise? I'll make the decision over the next few days.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 90.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
