I thought I did really well yesterday, but when I weighed myself this morning, the scale was up 1-2 lbs! I know people flucuate and it's not a good idea to weigh yourself daily, but it was still disappointing.
Anyway, today has been a good day thus far, and I love recording my meals online; it only makes sense considering my laptop and I are pretty much inseparable. I did a great job at avoiding temptation today! At work there was a chilli cookoff and everyone kept raving about how amazing the food was, and although I was REALLY tempted, I just stuck to my apple!
Later tonight is my friend's housewarming party, so we will see how that goes. I plan to eat before hand, so hopefully that'll go well.
