This morning's weigh in: 155 lbs.
That may seem good considering I only joined FatSecret a few days ago, but when I weighed myself initially, I was on my period, so the 2lbs was just bloat.
Yesterday I tried to turn what started out as a not-so-good day into a really good day, and I was succeeding until I messed up something personally and there was the remainder of a pizza sitting there just waiting to be eaten. So, I ate it. And 3 Quality Street chocolates. URGH.
ANYWAY, to make up for it, today (so far) has been very good. I did the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred for the 2nd day in a row, which is a phenomenal workout, although it's only 20 minutes. For breakfast I just had some coffee and a tuna snack pack, and for lunch I'm having sweet potato french fries (McCain style) and steamed vegetables.
I start work in a couple hours, so we'll see how the rest of the follows!
