So my last weigh in was 200 pounds...and I can't believe it was even this high. I started routinely working out on the lunch break last week and I was blessed with a 1 pound gain. This week I am adding an additional workout each day. The gym at work is still closed for renovations, so that means no showers. No showers means I can't fully build up a sweat on my midday workout. So I joined DailyBurn.com for the $10/month access to workout videos. Today was my first morning committing to the 30 minute cardio sculpt. I'll have 6 morning workouts and 4 lunch workouts each week.
I'm seeking to lose 4 lbs per month now.
