Wow, its been a long time since I recorded a journal entry. I get to this point where I don't feel like sharing anymore. Then I come right back to wanting to tell someone about my workout, and finding this is the only forum with open ears.
Anyways, I did the stairs today. It will be a long road getting back in shape. First step, incorporate some physical activity.
I am also going mostly meatless this month like I did mid September through October to cleanse out all the junk from Thanksgiving through Christmas.

I've thought about trying to go meatless once a week just for general overall health. Do you find that it helps with your wieght loss as well

Yes, I do find that it helps with my weight loss. I used to think that going meatless meant eating salads all the time, and that was a big deterrent. But then I realized that lot of meals I like to cook don't have meat in them anyways. I add protein rich foods like certain dairy, eggs, beans, mushrooms, and nuts to my food. I do make sure to eat lots of vegetables during meatless month because it is so easy to eat junk just because it has no meat.
