Day two...I had forgotten why I never eat breakfast. Two days of eating fruit for breakfast has reminded me. Its because by the time lunch rolls around I'm starving and feel like I could eat half a house! I'll have to remember to pack a snack tomorrow so I don't feel so hungry by lunchtime. I was dissapointed yesterday that after trying to do really well, I still wound up with way too much fat intake and over my daily caloric allowance. I guess it'll be disgusting fat-free salad dressings for me from now on! Maybe I'll try oil & vinegar dressing and see how I like it. Never been a fan of the italian dressings. Greek salad for lunch today should be less fattening...
