Am getting more veggies in today...I love oven roasted anything so will make it more often...an really sick of salads and am having a hard time eating them. Jeff made one this evening and it was ok. Now that I know I am allergic to eggs...UGH...I am having a hard time getting in enough calories...and yet keep carbs in check. Will follow Laura Dobson this week to see if she has any ideas. I need a subsitute for eggs.
Day 3...no wine!
Started to clean the oven today...I bent in just a wrong way and now am in major pain...Jeff finished it for me...God love him.
Hair done in am...yea.
Aerobic class was awesome this morning...
