这一周的周一周二比较忙,没有锻炼。 现在能够跑37.5分钟,3分走路加两分跑4-4.2速度,大约300卡热量。 每天还是要吃蛋白质。今天中午燕麦地瓜就比较饿,还是买烤鸡做鸡肉沙拉带饭比较好。晚餐基本都在吃魔芋,应该不到1200卡。
接下来比较矛盾,是减肥呢还是保持饮食不变仍然做力量?身上还有10磅的肥肉。
