I forgot they are a no no for phase one, ugh!

Day three is coming to a close and I am doing okay. I only say okay because I am not eating enough during the day and I know I need to snack more on veggies or protein. I will get there. Except for the peas (which aren't that bad) I am 100% woo hoo!

Looks like you're doing great! Right on track! I wouldn't worry too much about the peas, they're still healthy even though they are considered a "no-no" right now! :) Keep it up!

I'm not doing so well on the veggies myself these days and am thinking that I haven't taken advantage of either Brussels Sprouts or Broccoli lately which, I believe, are in season right now. I'm starving myself today so just the thought of that make my mouth water. Maybe tomorrow. Hope you are well MrsJohnson. :-)
