Clear Liquid fluids to consume today. That is my plan and I am on track so far @ 2:32 PM.

Yesterday was a fun day of food, yes, this is why I am fat: [(breakfast ...bagel w/coffee), (Lunch: Jr Back chzbrgr dlx,baked potato and lemonade), (Mid day snack...beer and Cheetos), (Dinner...2 servings of Lentis over white rice and grilled chicken with a 2 Tbl spoons of sour cream), (After Dinner snack...tiny platic cup fulled w/Cheeze its and tiny cup of wine)

I appoximate I ate under 2200 calories, if not, I am over it.

Watching my 600lb life on some cable channel last night made me sick to my stomach and this is why I am fasting most of the day.
