It's been awhile since posting here...have not lost any wt and have not really gained any either...rock and roll with the same 5 lbs since july. no more booze...once i stop drinking i don't even miss it so am done for awhile...but have noted that i stopped all alchol in the fall...didn't loose a pound...then and don't expect to now but who knows. i need to challenge myself on occasion so why not this. will once again track carbs...swim daily and now will add at least one mile with leslie daily...would like to be down 10 by my birthday.
