OK, because of not waking up early to bike, I had to just go to work and then fly from LA to Philly for business. I only arrived at the hotel at 11pm. Only to have my 2 brothers wanting to go to the bar to watch the last 1/4 of the game. Boy that was harder than I thought. I ordered a grapefruit juice, finished the game and then went to the hotel gym at 12 midnight. After a long day, at least I got my 25 minutes on the bike. Good night team!
