Alright new year new goals. Gonna get stronger and i want my abs visual this year. im about 5-7% body fat too much for six pack. Im gonna kick spartan races butt in March Warrior Dash in May and what ever else pops up. Really am encouraged by gains in strength made in the last month. Hope anyone who reads this will be encouraged to achieve their goals too.
