Things on my mind today not diet-related--There have been layoffs where I work as the government agency who oversaw our contract realizes a huge budget shortfall. I could be next. But the truth is I've outgrown this position anyway! I've been wanting to move on for a couple of years. But CHANGE IS HARD!! So I am trying to figure out what to do next, and I don't want my health to suffer so I have to continue to make diet and exercise a priority, no matter what happens out in the world LOL.
