Really, I ate that many calories yesterday? I don't really think so. I know I did a lot of exercise. I didn't exactly stick with my plan. I didn't lose anything either. So here we go again. Up the water. Lower the food intake. Oranges and yogurt? I'll give it a try. Need to get some low fat yogurt. Only have full fat but I really limit the amount.
