Thankfully last Saturday's gain was only temporary and I think mainly a result of 3 days off. But in the grand scheme of things, I think you've got to have a little break once in a while and after all, it was Christmas!!
So 3.5lbs down on last Saturday's weigh-in... 0.8lbs down from the Saturday before Christmas. So despite Christmas eating and New Year's drinking, I'm pleased that I've managed to keep things relatively under control. Still been lazy on the exercise front, which I need to change! But we did manage to get out for a little walk the other day for an hour, so it was nice to have some fresh air.
The weather here though has been pretty awful with rain and gales... so I've kinda felt like hibernating... if only we could do that until Spring!! But at least we've had the shortest day, so the nights will start pulling out a little. Been feeling so tired again... doesn't matter how many hours I sleep... I've been getting up and wanting to sleep more! But currently awaiting the results of another thyroid blood check... so we'll see if my meds need upping for my under-active thyroid. Hopefully results will come through either Monday/Tuesday.
Hope that you've all been having a great week and are having a nice weekend. Back to reality for me on Tuesday, with back to work... mustn't complain, as have had a lovely break... but certainly not looking forward to it! Lol... roll on February half-term!!
