I don't normally weigh-in bar on Saturday's... but delighted to see the scales going down again after the Christmas "binge" of festivities. So thankfully the +2.7lbs gain only appears to have been temporary and just 2 days of healthy eating and they are down 1.6lbs. So a gain of 0.9lbs now since a week last Saturday I don't consider too bad, considering I was eating loads for 3 days!
