I followed my eating plan. Not sure of the reason for the gain of 1 pound. I am not concerned about it. Perhaps it could be consuming more sodium from my food.
229.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 79.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
